Aviation Minster Stella Oduah is currently in Israel where she went to
meet President Jonathan to explain her role in the controversial BMW car
deal and also take part in the signing of the Bilateral Air Services
Agreement with Israel. But according to new reports, the president has
not only refused to see Stella Oduah, he's also keeping her out of the
signing ceremony which will hold today in Israel.
President Jonathan is said to be uncomfortable with the public outrage
surrounding the minister and he doesn't want it to look like he's
condoning corruption, especially since he's set up a committee to probe
the minister.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) said recently
that they don't have any documents relating to the controversial
bulletproof
cars it bought for the Minister.
