”There are five people who have taken the laws of Nigerian movie industry into their hands. They are Emma Ogugua, Murphy Stephen, Sunny McDon, Okey Bakassi and Ifeanyi Dikeh.

These five people registered Actors Guild of Nigeria as their personal business. No other individual can come in.”My first concern is to clean up Nollywood, clean up AGN. Every Nigerian youth want to act movies now, what future are we leaving for them? Where are they going to write their names?”..

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday travelled to Daura, Katsina state and told the people that the idea of an interim national government (ING) being talked about by some politicians was strange to him and such a call is “treasonable”.And  Well immediately Jonathan left the city, the people took to the road with water and brooms to wash their road.

The president revealed this as he paid a visit to the Emir of Daura, Umar Faruk Umar, with members of the PDP presidential campaign organisation, top government functionaries and prominent northern leaders.

Daura is the hometown of Jonathan’s main opponent for the 2015 election, the All Progressives Congress’s Muhammadu Buhari, and Buhari is expected to win the region in a landslide.

The president said that those who were suggesting an interim government were wrong, and their actions could be said to be treasonable as they contravened the constitution of the country.

He said that those who don’t follow the law will be dealt with accordingly.
