Left photo shows refuse dumped under a LAWMA signboard that says 'no
dumping of waste' lol. The 2nd pic shows a soldier punishing a man for
crossing the express road instead of using the pedestrian bridge. The
pic is funny but what's happening here is so wrong. Why punish an adult
for violating road traffic law? Why not arrest them, take them to court,
fine them? Someone should caution these soldiers.
