Last month, BN brought you the news about PDP House of Representatives candidate, Chukwuemeka Ujam, who contested for the Nkanu East/West seat, and was reportedly caught with 4,000 PVCs in Enugu State.
According to several online reports, INEC has presented Ujam with a certificate of return despite the scandal.
